• 2010  ICRA Sales Tax Reimbursement Legislation  runs out of time  in this  short Iowa session.    The Association is gearing up for a successful legislative effort next session.  A Collision Industry Hill day is being planned for next year.  ICRA continues to work with Scott Weiser, Capital Strategies Group.

• Past  Accomplishments:
  2008 ICRA stopped the Color All franchise from getting licensed to do business in Des Moines.  Color All is a franchise that promotes collision repair work done in a parking lot under a tent. ICRA has been introduced to the legislative process at the State Capital in Des Moines,  working with  National Federation of Independent Business  State Manager, Andy Warren.
