The online structure allows small businesses more cost-effective access to training, as it eliminates travel expenses and employee absences. The IWRC's 6H NESHAP training provides painters with the necessary training to comply with the regulation, and to improve their skills, which will save time, money and materials. The program is an interactive online slideshow, that can be accessed 24 hours a day. It typically takes approximately two hours, but painters can learn at their own pace. A supplemental section outlines the required hands-on training to be completed at a painter's own facility.  The IWRC understands the needs of small businesses and created this program to provide easy access to painter training that will meet the requirements of the new regulation. The final product is useful for all sizes and types of businesses affected by the rule," said John Konefes, IWRC director.
